The Subaru Brand has always been a champion of four-legged friends, and it's truly gone above and beyond with its latest Subaru Loves Pets Initiative. Throughout October of 2020, the Subaru Brand and dealers across the country managed to help over 20,000 shelter pets find loving homes, marking a significant improvement over the previous year.
Now, one of the key focuses of the Subaru Loves Pets initiative this year was helping to rehome so-called "Underdogs". These dogs with disabilities and special needs are ordinarily more difficult to adopt out, but with the help of Subaru and its dealers, these special dogs saw a 16-percent increased adoption rate this year.
